the dresses are manufactured/custom made ONLY upon
getting an order request, so we cannot offer
any return for refund/exchange.

dresses are standard sizes according to chart displayed online

dresses are made on order so please do check the size chart as we will
not get claim/return of any dress later

you wish to make changes in sizes do inform us within 24 hours after placing your order via e-mail

used in dresses are pure so they should dry

Failed Deliveries
- If our courier fails to deliver the parcel to a live person
at the delivery address, the parcel will be returned to our ware house after a
couple of attempts by the courier service to redeliver the parcel to you
- Our customer services personnel will contact you to try and schedule are delivery of the parcel to you
- If we still don’t get a response from your side, we will be
bound to cancel the order and refund the amount after
deducting a shipping/handling fee
International Delivery

International delivery varies from region to
region and charge rates according to item/items regardless of the weight of the
parcel.
All international deliveries are trackable.
We aim to deliver all international deliveries
within 5-10 working days once your order is placed.
For countries outside the EU, sales tax, customs
and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we
have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country; you may wish to contact your
local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it
will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery
procedures. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the
delivery driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.
