How can I place the order?
You can place an order via our website or you can call our
customer service on 0333 123 8693. The order lines are open from Monday to
Friday between 9am and 6:30pm and on Saturday our timings are 10am to 6:00pm.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We offer Next day Delivery all over UK (subject to stock availability in
our ware house).If in case we might need to
fulfill the order from one of our outlets/stores, the delivery may extend
to 2-3 working days.
Can I have my shoes delivered to an address other than
my home address
Yes, but you need to specifically mention this while you are
placing your order on our website or over the phone.
How will
my parcel be delivered?
Unzè goods will be delivered using Royal Mail postal service
Once the parcel will be delivered, you will be
required to sign it as a proof of delivery.
What are
the available payment methods?
We accept only following cards;

Will I be charged Value Added Tax on my order?
We charge the standard VAT(20.0%) at unze.co.uk just like we
charge it in our stores.
What
About any undelivered parcels?
If our courier
fails to deliver the parcel to a live person at the delivery address, the
parcel will be returned to our ware house after a couple of attempts by the
courier service to redeliver the parcel to you and will leave a card for you to
contact the depot.
Our customer services personnel will contact you to try and schedule a redelivery
of the parcel to you with additional cost (£3.95 Shipping cost
for the first item and £2.0 for every additional item.).
If we still don’t get a response from your side, we will be bound to cancel the
order and refund the amount after deducting a handling fee of £ 3.95 Shipping/handling cost for the first item and £2.0 for every additional item.
I need my new shoes tomorrow for a
special occasion – can you Expedite / fast track my order?
Yes, provided we have the product available in stock at our
Warehouse.
For expedite delivery, an extra amount on
top of the product price will be required (depending on your order details).

Can I track my order?
Yes, just call our customer services
to attaining your order DHL/Royal Mail tracking number (to track your order)
once the order has been dispatched from our end.
Can I make changes to my order
You can modify your order any time before you hit
the final “check-out” button while placing your order and or before it is
actually dispatched from our end. We strongly recommend you calling us to make
any changes to your order for a timely action within in 24 hours or placing the
order. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order
You cannot cancel
your order after you have confirmed it at the check-out stage and it has gone
through to the processing stage. However, you can cancel it before it is
actually dispatched from our end. We strongly recommend you calling us to make
any changes to your order for a timely action. Once the order has been
dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Alternatively once the order is dispatched and delivered to
you, you can return the order to us within 28 days for a refund
(excluding postage).

How does the Loyalty Member Scheme work?

against every pound that you spend on line. Once you have 100 points in your

Can I use my gift voucher online?
Unfortunately, gift vouchers are not redeemable online. They can only be
redeemed in Unze’ local stores.

Can I purchase multiple of the same deal?
Of course you can, you can
